Literacy Video Games and Pop Culture Response

The overall point James Paul Gee makes in his writing/ argument is that one can be literate in more than just the ordinary reading and writing. Gee explains the term "literacy", as basically knowing and understanding a topic. What I do indeed agree with is how he says to be literate one must be knowledgeable on the topic; almost as if he is saying why is one credible to talk about the specific subject. Overall I believe that the argument is strong and he proves his point. I agree with what he says in most of his writing but I do tend to fall off the topic on some areas, but still overall it was good.

Couple things that I am literate in are music, soccer, tennis, sleeping, cooking, kids, and babysitting.
